Terms & Policies: Your Guide to a Smooth Experience

At Jessica Park Pilates, we prioritise your well-being and aim to create a supportive environment. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our terms and policies.

Reservation Policies

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed prior to your appointment time. You can book up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Ongoing Sessions: After each session, please schedule your next appointment unless you have a permanent booking.
  • Package Expiry: All pre-paid packages and sessions expire within three months from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds or transfers for any sessions purchases.

Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full charge.

Fees + Payments

  • All payments must be made to Jessica Park Pilates as per the agreed payment method after booking confirmation and prior to your appointment.
  • An invoice will be emailed to you once payment is received.
  • Please note: HICAPS will not be available for Health Fund Rebates.
  • Service fees may change without notice (this does not apply to pre-purchased sessions or packages).

Check In

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to prepare and use the facilities. To ensure everyone receives their full session, appointments will start and end promptly. Late arrivals cannot be extended.
  • Quiet Environment: We kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent and refrain from taking calls on-site.

Clothing & Personal Care

  • Attire: Please wear fitted gym clothing that allows us to observe your alignments and movements. Avoid loose clothing, zippers, or sharp points to protect the Pilates equipment.
  • Jewellery: Refrain from wearing jewellery during sessions.
  • Personal Care Products: To maintain the quality of the studio apparatus, please avoid heavy oils, creams, and perfumes that may damage the fabric over time.
  • Footwear: Pilates is performed without shoes. Please ensure your feet are clean and wear socks at all times for hygiene.

Medical Concerns
During your initial appointment, you’ll need to fill out a Personal Details and Medical History form. This information helps me provide you with a safe and effective workout tailored to your needs. Rest assured, all client information is kept confidential and used solely for professional purposes.
